We go through life searching for that one person who we can love unconditionally with no questions asked. There are many people we meet in our lives but the bottom line is there is only one person who can truly be our other half. We must face many trials in our search, but it is through these trials that gives us the strength to overcome the countless broken hearts and false hopes. Love is not something that can simply be found; love has to find you. It is only after we go through the abundance of heartaches God challenges us with that we are ready for what love can offer; it is only after our many failures with love that we will be able to truly appreciate that one person when they finally come into our lives. It may be a lifetime before God thinks we are ready but the wait will be well worth it so do not fret... love will always find its way. ♥ -Jessica Miller

In Take Me There, Susane Colasanti focuses on three main characters: Two girls, Rhiannon and Nicole, and a guy, James. The novel is set in a school for design in New York City and it begins by introducing the three characters who have each recently become single. Rhiannon was dumped by her boyfriend Steve, and is relying on her two best friends, Nicole and James, to comfort her through it. Even though they are broken up, she still believes that her and Steve are meant to be together and spends most of the book trying to figure out how she can get back together with him. Nicole recently broke up with her boyfriend Danny, but she often wonders why she did it. Meanwhile, if this wasn't complicated enough, she also finds herself crushing on her math teacher. Nicole also has a secret from her past that requires her to attend weekly therapy sessions with her mother. James is the least affected by his recent break-up. He spends a lot of time focused on school, helping at home, and helping his elderly neighbor. The book follows the three as they each begin to understand what he or she really need in a relationship.

The book alternates between the three character's stories, and the author rehashes events through their eyes. In my opinion the book has a really good storyline but I would only reccomend it to teen girls such as myself. The reader watches as the girls learn lessons of love; Rhiannon realizes that she deserves better from a boy and that there's a certain boy in her life that provides that for her, and Nicole learns the importance of trust. All in all It was a very good read and I would definitely reccomend it but like I had said before I think it is a book written for teen girls who enoy the cute teenage romances.

This song is one of my all time favorites and it is, hands down, my favorite song by Plain White T's.  The whole song is based on how much this guy truly loves this girl and the absolute devotion he shows for her.  He would literally do anything in his power to make her happy. He may not have all of the money in the world but he wants her to know that he will always love her no matter what they go through or where they end up. If you didn't know how to define true love before, this song is a perfect example;I swear this will be my wedding song when that day comes. ♥

No One Said Love Would Be Easy...

No one said love would be easy, in fact it's the farthest thing from it.  Sure relationships start out all lovey, dovey and everything is just absolutely perfect but it never stays that way.  Now I'm not saying you lose love for that person but the initial pizzazz will eventually where off and that's when the reality sinks in. After a while you will get annoyed with eachother and the fights will begin but there is no reason to fret; fighting is a part of a relationship and as long as you care enough about eachother you will get through them. There are certainly things you can do to avoid having an abundance of fights in a relationship though and the following are only a few of them.

Nurturing a relationship is the most important thing to do if you want to stay together. Learn to resolve fights and arguments by saying “Sorry.” Many find it hard to say this, though. It is important to understand that if you are wrong, admitting your mistake is the right thing to do. An argument doesn’t need a winner or a loser.

When in an argument, always avoid bringing up the past because it will add more hostility. It is best to remain calm and above all forgive and forget.  There will be many occasions when you and your boyfriend/girlfriend will not see things eye to eye. Learn to accept them as they are if you truly care about them and try to adjust.

Probably one of the mos important things to remember to do is to make sure you are consistantly showing that both of you still care about each other. The little things  you do for each other could be the things that help strengthen your relationship the most and limit the fighting to a minimum.

Seriously, what is it? You say you love a person but what does that really mean? Sure there's familial love and love for your friends but what does it mean to actually love a person; a boyfriend/girlfriend or husband/wife? Well here's what I think:

Love is patient and kind. Love is not jealous or boastful or proud or rude. Love does not demand its own way. Love is not irritable and it keeps not record of being wronged. love never gives up, never loses faith, is always hopeful and endures through every circumstance. Love is unconditional...

Love is when you really care about someone and they mean the world to you. It's when you would do anything to make them happy; it's a state of unselfishness. It's when you smile at the sight of them and your stomach fills up with butterflies. It's when you hear their name and light up. It's when you can't go a day without thinking of them and every moment your not with that person you are thinking of them.  It's when you feel complete and you would never be happier with anyone else.

This song, I must say is one of my favorites.  It has to be one of the cutest love songs I have come across and it brings a smile to may face every time I hear it. From the lyrics you can see that it is one of those mushy gushy love songs but its meaning is still absolutely adorable.  From what the lyrics say I gather that it is basically about a boy that is completely head-over-heels for this girl. Songs like this are a rarity now-a-days and gives hope to all of the hopeless romantics still looking for love such as myself… ♥

     Love is a truly mystifying concept.  We hear about it and see it in movies and books, and many of us are even lucky enough to experience it; those of us who are this lucky, knows just how special it can be. It makes us feel in ways that nothing else can, which is why so many people look for it in their lifetime. Most people are fortunate enough to find love in a person, true love; we like to call this a soulmate. I'm confident in saying, though, that everyone finds love in those closest to them, even if they havne't found their soulmate yet. I'm sure you all love your family, and how about your friends? This love may be different from the love of a soulmate, but the bond is just as strong and it creates relationships that can last our entire lives. Therefore, I believe it is safe to say that a life without love, isn't much of a life at all; so I ask: Have you found love in your life?
